When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the New York, United States. Our shipping partners cover your package with insurance and you will get your package delivered to your doorstep in 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and high sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 hour business days and will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 24 Hrs business in order to process your order. After that, it will take 1-2 business days for delivery to the United States. Additionally, your order will have a tracking number with which you can track your package live.
For international shipments, check the shipping times offered by our partners. You must process your order and there our system will indicate the cost and time, unfortunately we do not offer free shipping outside the United States.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
